The staff exceeded all expectations, particularly Amal from guest services and the attentive team at the restaurant. the upgrade to a junior suite with a view of the Prophet's green dome was a delightful surprise. the location, close to Quba Walkway and museums, made exploring Madinah a breeze. the thoughtful touches, like the fresh Aroma upon arrival and personalized room service, added to the luxurious experience. Incredibly grateful for the warm hospitality and impeccable service throughout my visit.
